Shipping Policy
Overview
This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and deliver orders placed through our store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed between 9:00am and 5:00pm (local trading hours) are processed within this timeframe.
- Orders placed after 5:00pm will be processed the following business day.
- During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer, but customers will be notified of any delays.
Shipping Times
Once processed, orders are typically shipped within 3 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the courier and destination. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are outside of our control.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
- If a return is requested for any reason other than an error on our part (such as incorrect or damaged items), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is incorrect or arrives damaged, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Delivery Issues and Delays
Once your order has been handed over to the courier, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will, however, assist in helping resolve any courier-related issues where possible.
Incorrect Address Policy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer (where permitted by law).
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
- If a package is missing before delivery confirmation, we will assist in raising an investigation with the courier.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders are only available for domestic delivery at this time.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
